At the same time, Ton Capella, who has successfully driven the strong growth and international presence of Telstar’s brand and has lead a truly successful and meaningful transition process throughout last years, will keep his role as a Chairman of Board, in addition to providing corporate support at this new strategic phase of the company, reinforced by an integrated governance structure. “As a Chairman, I will be actively leading the company to meet the goals and challenges we have set in this new stage and to involve myself with my business knowledge for the success of Azbil Telstar”.
