SAP implementation, a big step to a complete Asphalion’s Digital Transformation

SAP implementation is a big step to a complete Asphalion‘s Digital Transformation, one of the strategic objectives that the company started to work in some years ago. Therefore, currently our daily work is mostly digitalized: we work with many digital tools, we are always in touch with clients and partners worldwide and we can work from outside the office without any inconvenience, among others.

Empowering Digital Transformation with a software solution like SAP will provide Asphalion with an increased competitiveness, faster business processes and improved customer experiences to meet the changing and challenging market environment.

Now, we will be even more flexible, agile and trustworthy than ever unifying administrative, commercial, operative and financial processes, improving traceability and facilitating access to information in a reliable and timely manner. This will have a very positive impact on our customer’s project management.

Despite of the difficulties that the COVID-19 emergency has involved, the implementation of the project has met the proposed objectives in good time thanks to an strong leadership and a fantastic team that has kept its great performance despite working remotely.
