Sodena is the financial instrument of the Government of Navarra for the development of business in the region, It uses venture capital to achieve this.

Sodena operates as a limited company, with the main shareholder being the Government of Navarra.

It works by taking an active role in the different phases of business projects that contribute to the balanced and sustainable development of Navarra.

Mission

To capture, identify and drive the generation and implementation of business projects for Navarra, both local and foreign, through the use of financial tools, mainly venture capital.

Vision

A financial instrument of the Government of Navarra to promote business projects in the region that can contribute to the region’s development.

Basically, Sodena works to try and ensure all viable projects in the self-governing region of Navarra should be able to receive financing to carry them out.

  • OTHER FINANCIAL SUPPORT; financial support aimed at driving the strategic sectors of the Moderna Plan (green economy, health economy and talent economy) through the co-funding of investment projects created by SMEs and public bodies.

We are particularly interested in early-stage projects to encourage an entrepreneurial culture (seedbed capital and start-ups) in the four strategic sectors defined (biotechnology, agrifood, clean technologies and ICTs) aligned with the Moderna Plan.
