GalChimia renews the accreditation for Crédit d’Impôt Recherche (CIR)

We are glad to announce that the French Government has renewed GalChimia’s accreditation for Crédit d’Impôt Recherche (CIR) for three additional years (2020, 2021, 2022). GalChimia provides R&D services in chemical development, covering the whole range of specialties needed in the development of new drugs, from synthetic chemistry to analytical and process chemistry. To do so, GalChimia invests in new technologies in order to develop new synthetic methodologies, but also in continuous training for our chemists, looking always to offer the best service to our customers.

Our latest R&D dossier was based on the European project entitled SHIKIFACTORY100. The project aims at the production of compounds of high added value in the chemical, food and cosmetic industries by exploiting well-established microbial transformations. Six world-leading research organizations, four biotechnology companies and one large industrial company have joined efforts in this project that combines chemical and biological syntheses.
