Mind the Byte is awarded the seal of 'Innovative SME'

The Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness has recognised Mind the Byte as an Innovative SME, a distinction only awarded to businesses that stand out for their innovative character and for having obtained public funding through competitive calls for proposals, like the 7th European Framework Programme or Horizon 2020, among other requirements.

Since its creation in 2011, the driving force of Mind the Byte has been innovation, which is present in both the corporate values and the team's working spirit. Last year, over €145,000 were invested in R&D, double the amount invested in 2014.

The activity carried out by Mind the Byte can be broken down into two differentiated lines: an exclusive pay-per-use SaaS Platform for computational drug discovery; and, customised services for computational design. Both lines are oriented to biotechnological and pharmaceutical companies, institutions and research groups.

In addition to these lines, Mind the Byte carries out research collaborative projects with leading international entities. In this regard, Mind the Byte holds noteworthy research projects such as an FP7 European project (Translink), a COST Action project (CM1407) and an H2020 European project (MechanoControl).
