Innovative aseptic production solutions in a setting marked by the new GMP Annex 1

Telstar promotes 360º GMP consultancy & engineering solutions at CPhI

Telstar will be actively participating at CPhI, to be held in Milan, during 9-11th November 2021, promoting its personalized GMP consultancy & engineering reply to the new trends in pharma. The company will be displaying high-tech solutions in design, engineering and construction including complete and integrated turnkey pharmaceutical process production facilities, critical installations, clean rooms, biotechnological plants, critical process facilities and R&D laboratories.

At CPhI, the company will also be unveiling a specialized consultancy service, expert in compliance with GMP requirements in critical manufacturing processes while offering a fully comprehensive assistance encompassing the whole life cycle of the drug product. Covering engineering, from development to production phases, the purpose of the service is to ensure that installations and equipment comply with all applicable GxP regulations. Given the imminent deployment of the new Annex 1, Telstar offers a specific assessment service, diagnostic and implementation of complete and integrated solutions for aseptic processes and critical installations to operate in accordance with the new standards of good manufacturing practices on sterile medicines production and to ensure their compliance with the maximum level of assurance in sterile production.

At the same time, Telstar’s customer service specialized in retrofitting, optimization and upgrading of GMP process equipment and its maintenance throughout time, will also be introduced at CPhI. The company has recently consolidated an integrated local Customer Service in Italy to assist locally their clients providing at the same time technical consulting, including maintenance (preventive, corrective and predictive), training and commissioning, service software products, spare parts, upgrading, modernization and optimization services to adapt equipment and systems to the latest regulations or new needs and requirements.

For the development of integrated critical and non-critical facilities and the construction of pharmaceutical and biotechnological plants, the company has a multidisciplinary team made up of subject matter experts in cGMP clean room installations and critical utilities, as well as experienced in pharmaceutical production processes.
