Our equity crowdfunding campaign is now officially over and we are so proud of what we have achieved together! We closed our round with 138 investors and collected a total of 309,220 euros. Investments went from a maximum of 35,000 euros to a minimum of 55 euros, being the average value 2,240 euros. Notably, many of the current shareholders have decided to participate in this funding round again.

This figure adds to the 2015 campaign making a total of more than half a million euros raised in two years via equity crowdfunding. In both cases, the campaigns were channelled through Crowdcube, a leading equity crowdfunding platform for entrepreneurs and growing businesses to connect with potential investors.

Still, the final amount of the actual capital increase can be even higher. Mind the Byte is in conversations with institutional investors that are in the process of making a due diligence and might end up joining this funding round. In this regard, a package of shares is reserved for them, with whom we expect to reach €450,000 - 500,000.

All the funds collected will be used to boost the international expansion while keep developing the SaaS platform. In addition, the company will work to cover not only discovery stage, but the whole Drug Development process, by integrating different scientific disciplines plus, the use of new techniques on the field such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data.

Thank you so much to everyone who trusted in us - it means so much to all of us here!
