Cordynamic offers infarction treatment solutions in Moscow

IHT Cordynamic actively participates in the 6th Russian Cardiology Forum held in Moscow on 28th and 29th November in order to consolidate its international position in Russia.

The sixth edition of the annual Russian “Emergency Cardiology Issues - 2013” forum, which discusses topics of current interest about heart conditions and treatments, was attended by the IHT-Cordynamic group by means of a talk given by Dr Antonio Serra entitled “Strategies and methods for obtaining optimal myocardial reperfusion”. His talk was part of the session entitled "Treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome".

The talk referred to the utility of the Amicath perfusion catheter for improving outcomes in the treatment of AMI patients and for safer primary angioplasty. He also mentioned the great capacity of the Hunter catheter for the rapid and effective removal of large thrombi.

The 6th Russian Forum was organised by the Russian Research Cardiology Complex, following the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Health scientific programme.
