According to the World Economic Forum, “Digital transformation is generating a fierce debate among policymakers, economists and industry leaders about its societal impact. This example reflects how industry 4.0 is integrated in the evolution towards the Society 5.0. This is a concept developed in Japan referring to the digitalization across all levels of the society.
