The lecturers from the Universitat Jaume I Juan Bisquert, Víctor Flors and Iván Mora-Seró are among the three thousand most cited researchers in the world in scientific publications, according to the Essential Science Indicators database (ESI) recently published by the international agency Thomson Reuters, an organization which indexes scientific publications of all knowledge areas worldwide.
ESI database includes 128,887 most cited papers in 21 fields of sciences and social sciences, and it takes into account the articles published in scientific and social sciences indexed in the Web of Science journals.
Juan Bisquert and Iván Mora-Seró are included in the field of chemistry and are part of the six Spaniards among the more than two hundred researchers in this area. Meanwhile, Víctor Flors is linked to the field of animal and plantscience in the group of five Spanish researchers among more than sixty researchers worldwide.
