NEOS Surgery is portrayed as one of the success cases in the recent publication Industrial property and its influence in business success, prepared by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the Technical University of Valencia (UPV).
The booklet was recently presented in Madrid at the OEPM's headquarters. It features 19 Spanish companies, of diverse sizes and fields, who have made a particularly good use of industrial property in their business.
With its philosophy, NEOS has been able to develop innovative products based on smart designs, with groundbreaking aspect and functionality. These are at the base of several patent families that are being used to protect NEOS' inventions. The Cranial LOOP family is the paramount example of this approach (but not the only one).
